                                                                          Government Payers (Medicare, Medicaid, WC):  $100/payer

 

Medical Professionals (MDs, NPs, PAs) and ABA Therapists:

Commercial Payers:  $100/payer

Government Payers (Medicare, Medicaid, WC):  $125/payer

My pricing structure varies by provider type to reflect the differing levels of complexity involved in the enrollment and credentialing process. Certain provider types require more extensive documentation, payer-specific protocols, and administrative oversight.

CAQH and NPI Services (All Provider Types)

NPI Registration:  $50

CAQH Account Creation: $100

CAQH Yearly Maintenance:  $100/provider

 

Contract Negotiations (All Provider Types)

First Payer: $250

Each Additional Payer: $100 (max of 5 payers)

 

Fee Schedule Analysis (All Provider Types)

$65/Hour

(Estimate: One payer with up to 10 CPT codes could take 2-3 hours, 3-4 payers with up to 50 codes could take 6-8 hours.)
